Beneficiaries’ participation
The beneficiaries also assist each other according to their levels. Those in Universities/colleges assist advanced secondary students, these also assist the Ordinary level students and they do likewise for the primary pupils.
In general the whole system of cooperation namely ‘The family hood participation’ is illustrated in the following flow chart
REASONS FOR THE FPC
(a) FDB itself has no funds available for salaries to its staff, hence all the activities are done in typical voluntary manner with only a few professionals.
(b) As the issue of cooperation is of great importance to any society, FDB would like to instil the same spirit in its beneficiaries so that they grow with the ethic of assisting each other.
